Public Policy

Driven by my passion for climate justice and my lived experiences, I engage in climate work with a focus on intersectionality, youth engagement, community care, and gender equity. I earned a Bachelor of Environmental Studies with a focus in policy and law from the University of Manitoba and a Master’s in Public Policy from McGill’s Max Bell School of Public Policy. I joined SPECTRUM as a student fellow in Fall 2019.

I have worked with various environmental and justice-oriented non-profits, serve on the board of directors for The Starfish Canada, and have supported efforts to champion climate justice and gender equity on Parliament Hill as a GreenPAC parliamentary intern. I was also honored to be named one of the Top 25 Environmentalists Under 25. My research interests center on supporting young people as decision-makers and building capacity to develop community-led intersectional policies in both local and international policy spaces, contributing to a more equitable and climate-resilient future.
